Student profiles can be deleted only if the student has not taken an exam and is not scheduled for one.
- Use the Search Students, Browse Students, or Browse by Group method to locate the student.
- Click the student’s CandidateID in to open the account page
- The account opens to the Profile tab by default. Click the Delete link in the top right corner.
- If the student is eligible for deletion, a warning message will display stating that the action cannot be undone with a link to confirm the deletion.
- After confirming the deletion, the student profile will no longer be listed in the Hub
If the student has taken or is scheduled for an exam, the system displays an error, and their profile cannot be deleted. You should Edit their profile instead to change their Enrollment Status to Inactive, which disables their account.
