What process did you use to determine the scale scores?

Our psychometric team analyzed End of Rotation exam performance data following best statistical practices and presented the results to the PAEA Assessment team to decide on the ideal transformation and normative standard. The final process to determine the scale scores was a linear transformation of item response theory (IRT) scores.
