You have five days to click the link in the activation email sent when your account was created. This applies to all user accounts. If you let the activation link expire, you must be re-invited.
If you are setting up your account for the first time and have no other users to grant you access, just email exams@PAEAonline.org or call 866-749-7601 to ask our technical support staff re-send your invitation. Let the agent know that you are the account's only user.
If you are not the first user, any other Admin or Faculty user can re-send your invitation. The person must log in, must go to the Users tab and click Edit next to the user with the Invitation Expired status.
In the popup screen, click Send a New Invitation Email at the bottom of the menu.
You will receive a new email and will have another five days to click the link and set up your account.
