PAEA exams are offered exclusively through the secure, web-based ExamDriver platform, which provides a single space for account set-up, ordering and payment, exam administration, and score reporting. ExamDriver includes built-in measures to ensure the exam content's validity and the integrity of the score, as well as state-of-the-art security for program, payment, and student data. To ensure the system's security, content validity, and satisfaction of the exams’ purposes, and to maintain the integrity of the system, PAEA Assessment relies on users: programs, proctors, and students. All participating PA programs share with PAEA the responsibility of enforcing PAEA Assessment policies to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of students’ performance results and national comparisons.
To have an account set up in ExamDriver, the program director must complete the new user form, which can also be found at the bottom of the screen on PAEAonline.org/assessment. We ask that program directors fill out this form, as it includes an attestation to our exam policies that must be followed in conjunction with program policies. PAEA will contact the program director and primary contact once the information from the request form is received.
After PAEA has granted the program access, the initial user can set a permanent password. The ExamDriver system will send an email that contains a password setup link. This link is only valid for five days, after which you can reach out to us to resend it. Once the initial user has established a password, they may set up the remainder of the program's users (purchasing agents, faculty, proctors, students) and start purchasing exams.
