Why does a particular student not appear when I click Assign Students on an exam event?

There are several likely scenarios:

1. The student was not assigned to the student group or graduation year you are hoping to schedule,
2. The student has a graduation date that was more than 30 days before the exam event, 
3. The student has taken all available versions of the chosen exam, 
4. The student is scheduled for an exam within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, or 
5. The student is already assigned to an upcoming or in-progress exam of the same type .

Please make sure that the student is set up properly on the Manage Students tab, or is not already assigned to the exam on the Exam Scheduling tab.
