Please see the COVID-19 Remote Proctor Updates
The time zone for each exam is set according to the program's local time zone. If a program in the Eastern Time zone and schedules an exam for someone who will take it in the Central Time zone, the program should adjust the starting time of the individual exam accordingly accordingly – setting it for 9:00 a.m. ET for an exam that will start at 8:00 a.m. CT. This means that the student taking an exam in a different time zone should be set up with a separate exam event with the appropriate time. The time zone is included in the message sent to students when they are scheduled for the exam (so it would say 9:00 a.m. ET), so consider reminding them to adjust their arrival time by adding instructions in the Notes section of the Schedule an Exam Event window. Also, ensure that a local or remote proctor is lined up for that exam event and aware of the adjusted time.
Each program's time zone is entered when its ExamDriver account is set up, and may only be changed through an Exam Support ticket.
