What do students need to do in order to upload their exam once they are finished?

A bit of patience is required after finishing an exam. Students need to be careful not to shut down their computers right after clicking the final Exit Test button unless you see a green check in the State column of the Monitor Exams tab. SecureClient downloads the test content at the start, and then uploads results at the end. Please have students wait for SecureClient to return to the keycode screen to ensure that their results have uploaded. If they have closed down SecureClient and the state does not change to a green Finished check in the Monitor screen, have the student open SecureClient again and wait about 5-10 minutes without entering the keycode. This waiting period gives SecureClient time to sync with the Surpass server and process the results. After the waiting period they can enter their keycode. If they receive a message stating “Invalid Keycode: this test has been completed”, their results have been uploaded and they can close SecureClient.
