Faculty and staff can verify the accommodations set for a scheduled exam in two places:
- On the Exam Schedule page in the Hub immediately after scheduling.
- In the Duration column of the Monitor Exam page in the Exam Delivery Platform. The exam information will populate on this page 7 days prior to the exam.
The Duration column will list the exam event’s scheduled duration in minutes.
Example:
End of Rotation standard time – 120
End of Rotation time and a half – 180
End of Rotation double time – 240
If the student’s duration was not scheduled correctly, and the exam has not been started yet, faculty or staff should Cancel this exam event and then reschedule correctly. To Cancel the exam, go to Assessment Hub > Scheduling > Exam Schedule. Filter to the correct Year and Exam drop down choices, then click Cancel for that student’s name, and reschedule the appropriate exam.
If the student’s duration was not scheduled correctly but they already started the exam, the only options are to have the student continue the exam or contact PAEA to Void the exam. Keep in mind PAEA cannot add time to an in-progress exam. If you would like PAEA to Void the student’s exam so it can be rescheduled correctly, please pause the student’s exam or have them close the SecureClient app, then immediately contact PAEA Exam Support via Chat or phone call to request the exam to be Voided.
**Note: There will be a one-day delay for rescheduling an unproctored or remote proctored exam.
