When expected results are not received five minutes after the student has completed their exam, first check if the exam was successfully uploaded. This is denoted by a green check in the Monitor Exam tab of the Exam Delivery Platform. If the State icon is not a green check, the exam hasn’t uploaded. Please have the student perform the following steps on the computer where they took the exam:
- Check for SecureClient updates and reopen the app.
- Once at the keycode screen do not type it in – just let the screen sit for about 5-10 minutes. This waiting period gives SecureClient time to sync with the server and process the responses.
- After the wait, then reenter the original exam keycode.
If the student receives a message stating “Invalid Keycode: This exam has been completed”, and/or if the State icon changes to a green check on the Monitor Exam tab, the exam has been successfully submitted and scores will be uploaded into the Hub shortly thereafter. If the State icon does not change, the student receives a different error message, or the student is no longer listed in the Monitor Exam tab, please contact PAEA Exam Support for further guidance.
